BBX Capital Real Estate is actively seeking investments in various real estate asset classes and projects ranging in total capitalization from $5 million to $50 million.

Our real estate investment criteria includes:

Transaction Types:  

• Direct acquisitions or joint venture opportunities with third-party developers and operators in asset classes including industrial, multifamily rental, master-planned community development, resort and self-storage.
• Bridge financing up to $10 million with terms ranging from one to five years.
• Acquisition of REO portfolios or distressed debt.

Geography: Southeastern United States with a particular focus on Florida.
